At Mouse's House Antiques, we want you to be delighted with your unique vintage finds. If your piece doesn't fit your style or size, we offer returns on all eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all vintage tags and protective wrappings remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days of receiving your RA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our curators inspect the item for its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically within 7-10 business days.
