HEXAGON 18k Gold Antique Blue Paste Faux Zircon Dainty Geometric Solitaire Ring Art Deco Stacker Setting Pinky Midi
ABOUT:
A hexagon blue stone stacker ring with no upcharge / finders fee : ). This one I purchased for the setting because I liked the geometric ring face and the little pop of color. The stone is a blue paste / glass stone but it has a nice reflectivity and color. It is held in the setting by adhesive but appears to be quite sturdy, although I would avoid getting it wet.
It's listed for what I paid for it as a cute antique setting and to save it from scrap, despite taking a loss on it after fees. If it doesn't sell, I may eventually reset the setting with a little old cut diamond but right now I have too many projects and not enough help to do the work so I figured I'd offer it up.
I got it in France but I think it's English. Stamped 18CT for 18k gold inside.
Antique box / props, mice ; ) etc. not included. Please note the measurements as I have small fingers and it can be difficult to determine scale from pictures.
SIZE & MEASUREMENTS:
Size 4 3/4. Ring face is 6.3mm north south. It weighs 1.6 grams.
IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:
Stone is secured with adhesive which is not seen while wearing but when you remove it and look inside the back. One small nick to the stone and some abrasions to the crown facet.
Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
